This covers whatsupin-review.pages.dev, the page where you pick a city. Each city’s site has its own privacy policy, linked from that site’s menu and footer.
Nothing about you unless you sign up for the weekly email (below). There are no accounts, no cookies, no ads, no analytics and no third-party scripts on this page.
If you sign up for the weekly email, we store your email address, the city you picked (or, on this page, the city you asked for), and the part of town and neighborhood you choose if you add them on the confirm page, along with when you signed up, confirmed or unsubscribed. No IP address or other identifier is stored with it. We use it only to send that city’s email (a welcome message now, then the weekly issue) and to count signups per city. We don’t sell, rent or share the list, except with the email delivery provider that sends the messages for us. Until you confirm your address you get at most the first three issues. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works at once; to have your address deleted entirely, write to admin@whatsupin.ai.
When you use “Search every city”, the words you type go to this site’s own search endpoint (/api/search), which looks them up in the cities’ public event lists and returns the matches. We don’t store searches or tie them to you. The search also appears in this page’s address (?q=) so you can share it; it is not sent to any third party.
whatsupin.city, whatsupin.theme) so the page can offer “Continue to…” next time. They never leave your device; clear them with your browser’s site data settings or the “not my city” button.The page is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We don’t keep our own logs for this page.
City sites list events from many public sources, and every event links to its original listing. Once you follow a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
